Ok took the kids to school this morning. In the car - looked really cold out the window.
Came back and was starving so made myself some enda bread. With a bit of spice, which made it nice......
Egg, milk, salt, pepper, dry chilli flakes and the special ingredient - chat masalla powder. This is my secret ingredient in most of my dishes. Spicy and tangy.... didn't take a photo - didn't last that long. Don't forget the bread. Don't soak it for long otherwise it gets too soggy.
Also really pleased with myself as I had a plum, pear and a nanana today. Wish I cold keep it up. Made up with it though with onion rings crisps.....I'm afraid it's a tradition to go to the Co-Op after my sons football on saturday morning and get a pack of salt&vinegar sticks and a pack of onion rings for a squid. Bargain.......
